MediX7 clinics are an international digital healthcare platform that connects licensed specialist doctors in Sweden and Europe with patients in Iraq and other countries – through both digital healthcare and physical clinics. We are now looking for a Operations Manager with a nursing background who wants to take overall responsibility for our medical, operational, and strategic development.

🎯 Your mission

As Operations Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for the medical, administrative, technical, and financial operations of MediX7's activities in Sweden, Iraq, etc.

🩺 Main areas of responsibility

Medical & operational leadership

Actively drive the work to establish healthcare agreements with Swedish regions and municipalities so that MediX7 can be part of the public healthcare structure.

• Responsible for planning, negotiating, and following up on agreements between MediX7 and other insurance companies.

• Responsible for all doctors working through MediX7's system – both in Sweden, the EU, and Iraq.

• Ensure that communication between doctors and administrative staff works effectively.

• Provide support to new doctors in using the platform and clinical routines.

• Ensure that the platform's features meet the needs of the healthcare operation and that the system is user-friendly.

• Ensure that the patient's needs for security, continuity, coordination, and safety are met.
